What is traditional framework, and what can be checked
The fastest way to get into trouble in this category is to present a traditional framework as a clinical finding. This page separates the two: what the literature says, what is our own product threshold, and what third-party testing covers.
What is verifiable
- The catalogue: all eighteen sit inside China's food-and-medicine list, which is public.
- Processing: nine steamings and sunnings, roasting and long simmering are recorded per batch, traceable by batch code.
- The indicators we watch: pesticides, heavy metals, sulphur dioxide, microbiology — ask by email for any batch's data.
- Fulfilment: five days of production, delivery within 15 days, tracked end to end and verifiable with the carrier.
What is traditional framework
The five elements, yin and yang, organ links, jing-qi-shen and the cultivation ladder are a traditional cultural framework. We use them to organise content and product grading — never as diagnosis.
How the deviation number works
- Treat 20% per element as balance; how far your most off-balance element sits from that is your deviation.
- The 8% line is our own product-grading threshold (Spirit tea below, Treasure soup above). It is not a clinical threshold and says nothing about disease risk.
- The calculation runs in your browser; your birth details are not uploaded.
What we do not claim
- We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease;
- We promise no specific outcomes or timelines;
- We do not use individual stories as evidence.
Literature
Every five-element and organ-link statement carries its book and dynasty on the Sources page. Image licences and attribution are set out in the Terms.
