Every claim has a page.

This page is not a disclaimer — it is the evidence list. Every mapping on this site, from the five elements to the organ links and the language of cultivation, comes from the books below. Each entry gives title, dynasty, author and the original line, so you can check it yourself.

How we use itThe whole five-element / organ / symptom mapping — the skeleton of our six warnings Original「
BookWuxing Dayi
How we use itElement-to-organ, the five virtues, the five flavours and their prohibitions — the basis of our personality lines Original「
BookYuanhai Ziping
How we use itWhat an over-strong element does to its neighbour — the excess-and-deficiency rule Original「
The two books differ slightly on how the ten stems map to organs. This page follows San Ming Tong Hui throughout, so every entry can be checked against the same standard.

Even common food has a nature

Delicacies are not without character

Chinese medicine gives everyday food a nature too: matsutake and shiitake build qi; lobster and sea cucumber run cold yet are protein-rich; abalone nourishes yin and birds\u2019 nest moistens dryness. Grains nourish, vegetables fill, fruit supports. This layer is not a standard product — but when you order something made to measure, it is the floor the formula stands on.
