How it arrives, and how returns work

Production & timing

• Day 1 — you order. We blend to your chart; nothing sits in a warehouse.
• About 5 days — Treasure soup is simmered then vacuum-sealed, Spirit tea is portioned per serving.
• Day 5–15 — air freight and customs, fully tracked, delivered within 15 days.

Coverage

We currently ship to 133 countries and regions. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are labelled as regions of China (HK / MO / TW are region codes).

Shipping cost & duties

• Shipping is shown at checkout, calculated by destination and weight.
• Import duty and VAT are normally the recipient's responsibility under local rules. If you want us to arrange it, say so by email.

Returns

• Unopened, within 30 days, in the original packaging with the batch label.
• Damaged or wrong item: email within 48 hours with photos; we reship or refund.
• Opened items are handled case by case by batch (we look at the batch code and photos).
• Made-to-order items (legend grade / Immortal Brew) are blended for one person, so change-of-mind returns do not apply — quality issues are still covered.

Subscriptions

Pause a monthly box anytime, up to 48 hours before the next production run. Batches already in production ship and are billed.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days; your bank or card network may take longer to post it.
